Refunds & Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with the products that you purchase from us. However if the situation does arise and you have problems, we hope the following information will assist you.
If you change your mind :-
New Leaf Hydroponics will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. We regret we are unable to refund you if the packaging has been opened or is damaged in any way. We are unable to refund the delivery cost of the item.
Your credit card will be credited with your refund, or if you paid by cheque, we will send you a cheque for the full amount once we have received unopened/unused goods.
Please make sure items are packed securely to protect them from any damage. Shipping is your responsibility as is the cost of returning the product to us. We can arrange to collect the item from you, however you will still be responsible for delivery costs incurred. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit, we strongly advise you to insure all returns and retain any receipts for your records.
If you receive a faulty product from us :-
New Leaf Hydroponics will offer a full refund or exchange of the product. We will also refund the delivery cost that you paid to receive the goods and the delivery charge that you paid to return the goods to us. It is imperative you inform us of the fault in writing/email within 7 working days of delivery. Please write to us at the following address :-

We will only be able to issue a refund once goods have been returned and confirmed as faulty. If goods are found to be without fault, a 10% administration fee will be charged, and you will be held liable for all postage and packing costs.
To return an item :-
Please use recorded delivery when returning an item to us, we strongly advise you to insure all returns and retain any receipts for your records. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. For faulty goods please include a detailed description of the defect along with all manuals, warranties and accessories if applicable. Please return all items to our address, as above.
